Uninstall Windows Virtual PC from your machine. Go to Control Panel>> Programs and Features>> View installed updates.
Uninstall the Windows Virtual PC and then install Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 SP1.
You will now be able to run VPCs.
Voila! You may now pass GO! lol...
